We'd rather you actually read this, so it's written the way we'd explain it out loud. Short version: you tell us your email and your height, we keep them private and use them to find clothes that fit you.
Who we are
Finally TALL is a personal styling service for women 5'8" and up. We're based in Ontario, Canada, and we run this site at finallyboutique.com.
Anything at all, including this policy, can go to hello@finallyboutique.com and a real person will read it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist you give us your email address and your height. We also store the referral code that tracks the friends you invite, so we can move you up the line for each one.
Later, when your boutique opens, you can choose to add your body measurements and your style preferences to your profile. That is always your decision.
We also collect basic, anonymous website usage information, such as which pages people visit and the type of device they use. It helps us make the site better.
How we use it
We use your information for a small number of honest reasons: to save your spot on the waitlist, to send you the emails you signed up for, to match clothing to your measurements, and to improve our service.
We never sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only with trusted service providers that help us run Finally, such as our website and database hosting provider and our email provider, MailerLite. They receive only what they need to provide that service.
When you click through to a brand's website to shop, you're leaving our site, and that brand's own privacy policy applies from there.
Emails
You only get emails from us because you signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@finallyboutique.com and we'll take care of it.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. Your measurements are private and used only to find clothes that fit you.
Where it's stored
Our service providers may store information in Canada, the United States or other countries. Wherever it sits, we ask them to look after it the way we would.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
